Pilates Reformer Classes
Reformer classes are an excellent way for a safe, fun workout with incredibly effective results! Pilates reformer classes are held in our dedicated Pilates space and a reformer orientation is required before participating in any group Pilates reformer class.
Reformer Orientation – LEVEL 1
An introductory group pilates class to help you safely use, adjust, and workout on the Reformer. Wear your workout gear and learn the basic principles plus some essential reformer exercises. We offer a free Group Reformer Orientation with your Pilates membership or with a purchase of a reformer package.
Reformer Pure – LEVEL 1 & 1.5
Perfect for anyone beginning Pilates or those looking to perfect, and get the most out of, basic Pilates reformer exercises. In addition to increasing body awareness and strengthening the core, expect muscle balance around the joints for improved posture.
Reformer+ LEVEL 1.5
Combines traditional basic and intermediate reformer and chair exercises for a full body workout. While all levels are welcome, taking the Pilates Pure class before joining Reformer+ will help you get the most out of this great workout!
Reformer Advanced – LEVEL 2
Incorporates both the reformer and chair to challenge those who have mastered essential and intermediate level exercise and have taken at least 20 reformer Pilates classes previously. Intense and fast-paced, Reformer Advanced will take you to a new level of fitness! While all levels are welcome, taking the Pilates Pure and/or Reformer+ classes several times before joining AC will help you get the most out of this great workout.
Cardio & Pilates Reformer Classes
The best way to burn calories and have fun! Jumpboard+ is low impact, high intensity using the Jumpboard or Cardio-Tramp Rebounder. A trampoline surface (cardio trampoline) is attached to the end of the reformer allowing you to jump while lying on your back. This unique class is perfect for anyone looking to get a combination of pilates and cardio in one 50 minute session. All levels are welcome, and workouts are done lying down to protect the back while focusing on hip, knee, and ankle alignment.

Cross Training Classes
Strength & Reformer
Combines fitness and Pilates and is a great way to get the most out of your sessions. In this workout, you’ll combine the Reformer work with one or more of the following: Weights, Bands, TRX, and Med Ball. Get ready to build the body you want!
LEVELS 1.5 and 2
Pilates Mat and Reformer
Two great things that go great together. There is nothing quite like an excellent Mat workout and when you combine it with the unique resistance capabilities of the Reformer. you get a great combination of abs, arms. legs, butt, shoulders, back… well… you get the idea ALL LEVELS
