Pilates Reformer Classes
LiveMetta Pilates is proud to offer Reformer-based classes at our Orange Canyon and Tustin locations. The Reformer is an effective piece of Pilates equipment used to help our clients build strength, balance, and flexibility. All our classes utilize the Reformer in safe and effective training. If you are new to Reformer classes, we advise starting with our Foundation class and working your way up from there.

Reformer Foundation – LEVEL 1
The Reformer Foundation class is perfect for anyone looking to start their Pilates practice, or for those looking to perfect their form and get the most out of essential Pilates reformer exercises. In addition to increasing body awareness and strengthening the core, expect muscle balance around the joints for improved posture. In this class, you will practice Pilates exercises for safe functional movement specifically focused on balance and flexibility.
Reformer Sculpt – LEVEL 2
Get ready for a fun, athletic Pilates workout with the Reformer Sculpt class! In this intermediate-level class, you will challenge yourself with weight-based training utilizing the Reformer in addition to other fun pieces of equipment, including TRX and Stability Chair at our Tustin location, or the Pilates tower and barre at or Orange Canyon location. You’re bound to work up a sweat while strengthening, lengthening and toning your body.
Reformer Plus – LEVEL 2
This full body workout combines beginner and intermediate Pilates exercises on the Reformer as well as the Tower (Orange Canyon location) and Stability Chair (Tustin Location). While all levels are welcome, we recommend taking the Reformer Foundation to prepare your mind and body for this class. The Reformer Plus class offers the widest variety of Pilates exercises, so you will feel challenged week-to-week as you better your form.
Jumpboard Plus – LEVEL 2-3
The best way to burn calories and have fun! Jumpboard Plus is low impact, high intensity using the Jumpboard or Cardio-Tramp Rebounder. A trampoline surface (cardio trampoline) is attached to the end of the Reformer allowing you to jump while lying on your back. This unique class is perfect for anyone looking to get a combination of Pilates and cardio.
Reformer Power – LEVEL 3
Our most advanced class, which incorporates both the Reformer, Stability Chair (Tustin Location), and Reformer Tower (Orange Location) to challenge those who have mastered foundation and intermediate level exercise. We recommend you take at least 20 Pilates Reformer classes previously. Intense, fast-paced, and a lot of fun, this class will take you to a new level of fitness!
