Join us for our August Parents’ Night Out featuring a Summer Fun theme! Kids will enjoy watching High School Musical, making dream catchers, eating pizza, and spending the evening in comfy pajamas. Please bring a nut-free lunchbox dinner, water bottle, yoga mat, and sleeping bag.

Drop-off is between 5:00 and 5:30 PM, and the event runs from 5:30 to 8:30 PM. It’s the perfect opportunity for parents to enjoy an evening out!

Let’s celebrate the end of summer with our LiveMetta family as we gather for a beach potluck filled with warmth, connection, loving-kindness, and a special sunset group meditation to reflect and reconnect together. We can’t wait to share this beautiful evening with you! ♥

You are invited to join our Love & Kindness Studio Tour 2026, a fun summer long event where you will visit different LiveMetta studios, take class, collect stickers on your Loyalty Card, and earn prizes at each milestone.
