Our Hatha yoga class is designed to introduce you to the more precise and foundational principles of Yoga. The class will focus on standing poses, seated and simple forward bends, and simple backbends. You will also be introduced to basic inverted poses like Setubandha (bridge pose) and Sarvangasana (shoulderstand). Our Hatha Classes are taught by teachers trained extensively in the Iyengar Method. It is recommended that students attending this class are familiar with the Iyengar method and have established the practice of Sarvangasana (shoulder stand).
