There are many definitions these days of the word “wellness.” It’s a bit distracting to be honest. At LiveMetta, we think “wellness” is as simple as being grounded in the present moment. From there, everything that you do should have the intention of helping you spend as much time in the present.
To do so, you must take care of your body and mind, but also foster a sense of connectedness to the world around you. While yoga and Pilates are incredibly useful practices, there is so much more to the picture. We want to help you be the strongest version of you, so when the stressors of life are at their highest, you’re still able to tap into that sense of calm and weather the storm. That is wellness.
