Strengthening your body through movement and your mind through mindfulness are invaluable in keeping you present as often as possible. Equally as important is what you put into your body in the first place. LiveMetta seeks to help you by eating and drinking with intention. This does not mean eliminating foods from your diet, or offering a “do not eat list.” It’s giving you the tools and resources so you can make informed and intelligent selections about what you put into your body.
