Join us on Thanksgiving Day for a gently heated 108-minute Yin/Yang practice with Daniel Head. This special class blends the balance of effort and surrender, beginning with a mindful standing flow that links breath to movement, and closing with the grounding stillness of Yin’s long, passive holds. Proceeds will be donated to a local food bank.
