Meet the Heart Behind LiveMetta
Chris Farnsworth

Chris Farnsworth

Founder | President & CEO

Chris left a career in law to follow his passion for mindful movement and help build a community centered on loving-kindness. His personal journey with Pilates began after a serious accident in which he fractured vertebrae and ruptured discs in his thoracic spine. Pilates played a pivotal role in his recovery, inspiring him to bring its healing potential to others. When he’s not moving between studios, you’ll find him embracing his favorite role: being a dad to Yvy, Bobby, and their pup Maverick.

Ythy Farnsworth

Ythy Farnsworth

Founder & CXO

Tee is a lifelong yogi who discovered a deep love for Pilates while preparing for the birth of her first child. Formerly in healthcare, she transitioned careers to pursue a dream of creating something purposeful with her husband, Chris. Together, they founded LiveMetta in 2018 with the belief that mindful movement and a mindset of loving-kindness can transform lives. Tee is passionate about helping others stay grounded in the present and believes wellness is as much about connection and compassion as it is about strength and flexibility. Outside the studio, Tee enjoys family adventures with Chris, their two little ones, and Maverick the dog.
