Bala Shala Kids Yoga teacher training
Love working with kids and want to bring yoga into their lives? Our Experiential Kids Yoga Teacher Training is for teachers, parents, caregivers, and anyone eager to teach yoga to children (ages 4-18). This hands-on training will guide you in using games, storytelling, music, movement, and mindfulness to engage kids in yoga. Led by Staci Bina, Founder of Bala Shala, a kids’ yoga expert with years of experience creating programs for children. Staci brings a fun, mindful approach to teaching yoga at her studio, which is dedicated to kids and families.

This training will consist of a comprehensive journey into yoga philosophy, anatomy, alignment, sequencing, meditation, and the art of teaching. Designed for both dedicated practitioners and aspiring teachers, the program blends traditional teachings with modern application to help you deepen your personal practice, build confidence, and share yoga with authenticity and heart.
