Stephanie – Lead Instructor 

Stephanie is a Nationally Certified Pilates instructor with Pilates Method Alliance and BASI Pilates. Stephanie found Pilates at the age of 18, after completing her 10 year competitive gymnastics career. Pilates was able to help build strength after many injuries as well as incorporate balance and flexibility back into her movement practice. In addition to practicing Pilates, Stephanie has also spent an over 10 year career in marketing and advertising working with companies including John Force Racing, BASI Pilates and Club Pilates. Sharing her passion of Pilates furthers into teaching as she is an Assistant Faculty Member at Fullerton College teaching the Pilates Certification program. In addition to Pilates, Stephanie loves to spend time with her nieces & nephews, traveling, and hiking.


After practicing Pilates for 4 years, Brittany Rojo decided to go through training at Body Arts Science International to become a certified instructor. She went through training in the summer of 2017 and passed all of her exams in January of 2018. Brittany is certified in Mat, Reformer, Wunda Chair, and Cadillac Pilates through Basi. She teaches group class as well as private training. When not teaching, Brittany enjoys outdoor activities as well as boxing and yoga.


Chandra was introduced to Pilates in 2001, while recovering from surgery. After realizing the numerous benefits and positive impact Pilates made in her own body and movement, she began a college accredited program to become a certified Pilates instructor. Chandra received her Pilates and Dance Conditioning Instructor Certification in 2012. In addition, she went on to complete a 200 hour Yoga Instructor Certification in 2015. Chandra also holds a degree in Dance. She is passionate about fitness, movement, health and nutrition. Chandra hopes to share her knowledge and help others achieve their individual fitness goals.


Claudia first became passionate about Pilates when in college at the University of California Santa Cruz.  After graduating and working at a museum, Claudia realized that she wanted to complete her Pilates instructor training.  Claudia has been a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor since 2012.  
Claudia is also certified in Total Barre®, has taken the Injuries in Special Populations course and has a degree in German Studies from UCSC.  
Claudia has completed many marathons and believes Pilates has helped her prevent injuries.  Whether you are an athlete or brand new to working out, Claudia’s enthusiasm for Pilates will make you eager to give it a try.  


Dan enjoys Pilates as a second career, following his retirement as an engineering professional. Dan is a graduate of the BASI Pilates Comprehensive Teacher Certification Program, is PMA (Pilates Method Alliance) certified and is also certified through Carolyne Anthony with The Center for Women’s Fitness to teach Pilates to prenatal and postnatal clients. Dan is experienced in teaching clients of all ages from their early 20’s to clients in their golden years. He employs his sense of humor and communication skills while instructing and edifying clients in the Pilates Method.


Eunjoo lives an active life – surfing, hiking & biking –  but met Pilates about 8 years ago after suffering from severe lower back pain from being on her  feet during my previous career in luxury retail.  Pilates has changed her life.
Eunjoo is a STOTT Pilates certified instructor and completed her Pilates education at the renowned John Garey Pilates studio in Long Beach, CA.
Eunjoo cares deeply about people, especially those recovering from injuries or dealing with chronic pains.  Her goal is to move clients with fluidity without stressing the body. Her passion is to share health and fitness and help people who are trying to live in pain free life.  She is also certified in Total Barre, ISP and TRX.


Jamie is one of our most dynamic instructors and her passion for fitness is obvious. Her classes are packed with devout followers and she brings endless amounts of energy to every class she teaches. Jamie has numerous of certifications and specializes in many styles of fitness including: STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor, CORE™ Instructor, Certified TRX Instructor, Certified TaeBo Instructor, Certified ACE Instructor and Certified AFAA Instructor. Besides motivating clients and helping them achieve their fitness goals, Jamie is also a Mat and Reformer STOTT PILATES® Instructor Trainer, helping future pilates instructors achieve their goal of teaching. She has over 26 years of experience in the fitness industry and has created and presented fitness programs for 24 Hour Fitness and FTP fitness in Japan.


Jodi is the former owner of The Pilates Body of OC and holds many certifications for teaching Pilates and fitness classes. She began her career as a professional dancer with the LA Clippers and the LA Lakers, and while training in Pilates, found her passion for fitness. In 2003 Jodi received her certification in the Ron Fletcher Method and obtained an additional Pilates certification in BASI’s full comprehensive program. In addition to Pilates, Jodi is qualified to teach Zumba, Burn at the Barre, Booty Barre, Hip Hop Hustle, LaBlast, and Jillian Michael’s Body Shred. To give depth to her training, she has a certification in First Aid/CPR/AED and with AFAA for Group Fitness. Jodi believes in continuing education and recently completed a certification for Personal Training with NESTA.


Kristen Stevenson discovered Pilates over 20 years while she danced professionally in the Siegfried & Roy Show in Las Vegas. Pilates helped her to strengthen her core muscles, correct her alignment and enhanced her body awareness so that she could maintain a lasting professional dance career. After her retirement in the dance industry, Kristen trusted the method and wanted to share her love of Pilates with others. She completed the 500-hour Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training Program with BASI Pilates and received her certification in 2010. When she’s not in the studio, she loves to paddleboard, hike, watch movies, practice yoga at home and cook.


Megan has been teaching Bikram yoga for almost 10 years now and Pilates for 3 years. She is a workout enthusiast and is dedicated to helping others through movement and mindfulness. Determined to overcome her asthma in her youth, Megan began running to push past her limitations. She appreciates the power, impact, and importance of exercise, but honors each person’s journey. Megan is Bikram, TRX, and BASI certified.


Sheela’s Pilates journey began over 10 years ago when she discovered Pilates as an alternative form of rehabilitation and strengthening for her back injuries. She is a BASI Certified Pilates Instructor who focuses on form while offering a full body challenging workout. Sheela also has a background in Classical Indian Dance and Yoga. She enjoys hiking, bike riding and loves the outdoors. Sheela’s passion for Pilates helped her tremendously through the years and she continues to learn more each day through her practice and teaching.
