Iyengar Yoga

Our Iyengar yoga class offers a seamless progression from the foundational principles of our Hatha Yoga classes to a slightly more challenging practice. It is recommended that students attending this class are familiar with the Iyengar method and have established the practice of Sarvangasana (shoulder stand). Sirsasana (head stand), backbends, deeper twisting, intermediate forward extensions as well as variations in the familiar shoulder stand will be explored. Confused where to start? Attend one of our Hatha Yoga classes first.
Hatha Yoga

Our Hatha yoga class is designed to introduce you to the more precise and foundational principles of Yoga. The class will focus on standing poses, seated and simple forward bends, and simple backbends. You will also be introduced to basic inverted poses like Setubandha (bridge pose) and Sarvangasana (shoulderstand). Our Hatha Classes are taught by teachers trained extensively in the Iyengar Method.
